Roz is a Transgendered MtF person. Following a successful career as a Business Consultant and Entrepreneur, Roz began the process of transition during 2011 and created Transjunction as a means of being able to use the considerable business expertise gained throughout her life. Roz has been clear in not wanting to create yet another ‘support’ site for those going through transition, she would rather focus her efforts on what she knows best – growing businesses and creating opportunities for business and life opportunities. Therefore, Transjunction supports HR departments, Companies and Public Sector organisations and creates real employment opportunities for Transgendered people.
Roz constantly looks for opportunities to partner with other TG people and Delia Johnstone is a member of Transjunction along with her own practice at Delia Trans Advisory – a service for people undergoing transition themselves.
Zoe is our admin and marketing dynamo. She is responsible for the creation and delivery of Diversity training as well as the person who makes all the ideas ‘come to life’.
