HR departments can utilise the various services Transjunction has to offer. These extend from the provision of policies to active intervention where a particular problem may have developed.

 

We can deliver a range of generic policies and guidance for an HR to help them deal with Transgender issues to cover a range of scenarios including:

  • Dealing with Transgender customers
  • Dealing with and supporting Transgender employees
  • Recruiting and inducting Transgender hires
  • Assessing the workplace culture to ensure no unintented issues are created

The policies can be supplemented with video guidance and either training courses or workshops. These can be used to help peers and line management fulfill their legal and social duties to ensure that the Transgendered person can be an effective member of staff or a customer treated with respect and courtesy.

  • The provision of a coaching service for the appropriate line manager or HR professional to discuss the particular situation and complexities of the individuals
